Your files stay on your device
Most online PDF sites upload your document to their servers, process it there, and ask you to trust that they delete it later. These tools work differently: the code that edits your PDF runs inside your browser, so the file never leaves your phone or computer.
That makes them a good fit for documents you would rather not share, such as ID cards, bank statements, property papers, salary slips and signed agreements. The site is also built so that the page itself cannot send your file anywhere: its browser security policy only allows it to talk to this website.
Questions
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The tools on this page run inside your browser. Your PDF is read, changed and saved on your own phone or computer, and it is never sent to us.
How can I check that nothing is uploaded?
Open a tool and add your file. Once it shows on the page, switch on airplane mode or turn off Wi-Fi, then finish and download. It keeps working because your browser does the work, not a server.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
Yes, it is free, and there is no sign-up. Open a tool and add your file.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The tools work in current browsers on Android and iPhone as well as on computers. Very large files work best on a computer.
